The 12^th annual National Aged Care Survey has been completed and we are holding a breakfast at Riversdale Golf Club on Wednesday 18 July 2007 to present an overview of the survey.

The breakfast will be hosted by Martin Fensome, Partner of Aged Care Services at Bentleys MRI. At this event, Martin will present and discuss the findings and trends from the survey and detail how to participate in the upcoming 2007 survey.

The survey shows stronger financial returns in the Low Care services but reduced returns in the High Care services. This has strong implications for the operators in the sector as they come to grips with changes in the types of users of residential care and further changes in the regulatory environment.
